Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of quality engineers across multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies aligned with business and functional requirements.
- Design and execute performance and load testing scenarios using Apache JMeter.
- Define and monitor key testing metrics, test execution, and defect resolution.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Make team decisions, provide solutions across multiple teams, and drive continuous testing-process improvement.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on quality objectives and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required, including a stated minimum of 7.5 years with Apache JMeter.
- Proficiency in Apache JMeter is required.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and their integration with continuous integration pipelines.
- Ability to analyze test results and improve application performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for customizing and extending Apache JMeter capabilities.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
