Responsibilities
- Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
- Develop abstraction layers integrating AI providers such as Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI.
- Build scalable cloud-native systems using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and observability.
- Tailor and deploy agentic applications for domain-specific workflows across industries including finance, healthcare, and retail.
- Lead client design workshops, proofs of concept, code-with sessions, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans covering agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
- Create reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices to influence internal assets and client roadmaps.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems, including APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless technologies.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic solutions involving agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, and workflows.
- At least 1 year of experience with modern AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or open-source models, including multi-provider abstraction layers.
- At least 3 years of strong experience with Python, Java, Spring Boot, or equivalent, building 12-factor applications and using infrastructure as code such as Terraform and Helm.
- At least 3 years of strong experience with Angular, React, or equivalent frontend technologies.
- At least 3 years of client-facing communication and collaboration experience, including leading technical discussions, workshops, or delivery sessions under ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field.
- Relevant AI certifications, agentic tooling, multi-agent orchestration, enterprise compound AI architecture, agent registries, stream-based architectures, GitHub projects, or experience delivering solutions across multiple industries are preferred.

- Full-time employment with an annual base salary range of $65,350 to $115,350.
