Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, and maintain automated tests and test automation frameworks.
- Develop software tools and utilities for testing and automation.
- Apply test-driven design concepts to test and debug automated solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the maintainability of the automation platform.
- Suggest improvements to processes, best practices, and engineering standards.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and deliver accurate, maintainable code.
- Collaborate with development, business, and technical partners on requirements and automation.
- Manage stakeholders and communicate with senior leaders.
- Drive innovation processes from end to end.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience.
- Five years of experience working on commercially available software products.
- Three years of relevant technical experience, including test automation experience.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Hands-on experience crafting and maintaining testing frameworks such as Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Understanding of web services testing; Rest Assured experience is preferred.
- Understanding of Jenkins as a CI tool and configuration.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to influence others and build internal and external partner relationships.
- DevOps environment experience is preferred.
