Responsibilities
- Participate in software development and modernization projects.
- Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of technology solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address business and technical challenges.
- Analyze data and contribute to data-driven solutions.
- Participate in AI, automation, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Complete assigned learning paths, bootcamps, and professional certifications.
- Work with mentors, coaches, and subject matter experts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed within the last 0–3 years in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in software development, cloud, data, and AI technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, and/or SQL.
- English proficiency for participation in global programs.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; exposure to Data Engineering, Analytics, or BI tools; understanding of AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI concepts; and academic or personal software development projects.
