Responsibilities
- Own AI-driven software solutions from business problem discovery and stakeholder interviews through design, development, deployment, and operation.
- Design, build, and operate cloud-native systems with Python backend services, Angular or React frontends, and secure infrastructure.
- Integrate data-science models, optimization algorithms, and AI agents into production systems.
- Analyze requirements, translate business workflows into technical designs, and develop, implement, test, document, and maintain complex applications.
- Lead development, systems integration, end-user testing, data validation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and scope coordination.
- Perform feasibility, economic, architecture, database, scripting, user-interface, infrastructure, and application analysis.
- Provide technical support, application training, production monitoring, documentation, and technical specifications.
- Perform project-management activities including estimation, sequencing, dependencies, resource assignment, critical-path analysis, and conflict resolution.
- Guide other technical resources and apply emerging technologies and software-development best practices.
Requirements
- Preferred bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven full-stack development experience with strong Python, Angular or React, Azure, and cloud-native system-design expertise.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Storage, Static Web Apps, ADFS, and Azure development.
- Experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, MFC, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, XML, AJAX, ASP.NET MVC, web services, APIs, and client programming.
- Experience with PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL Server query languages, and .NET report building.
- Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, test-case writing, troubleshooting, requirements analysis, estimation, documentation, and technical support.
- Experience building or deploying AI-enabled or data-intensive systems and internal enterprise platforms or tools is advantageous.
- Highly qualified candidates may have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, MIS, or a related field, plus experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, IoT, GPS tracker platforms, SharePoint, CPI, BTP Integration/EDI, AutoCAD, or Inventor.
- Strong communication skills, English proficiency, teamwork, results orientation, initiative, and self-motivation are required.
- Must be able to work on-site in Carrollton, Texas, or Omaha, Nebraska, and travel domestically and internationally up to 25% with overnight stays.
