Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for Agentforce implementations.
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Configure agent workflows, prompts, intents, and orchestration logic.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Salesforce Flows, Apex, and external systems through REST/SOAP integrations.
- Review agent configurations and supporting Salesforce code for quality, scalability, security, and platform compliance.
- Guide team members, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and provide technical leadership on Agentforce implementation approaches.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into agent solutions.
- Resolve technical issues related to agent behavior and performance.
- Participate in solution design, estimation, dependency management, and coordination across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, with 5–7 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
- Strong Salesforce development experience and hands-on experience delivering Agentforce-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, agent-based workflows, Salesforce governor limits, and performance considerations.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Ability to design maintainable and scalable agent solutions and support multiple workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
- Agentforce Specialist certification is mandatory or must be in progress.
- Salesforce AI Associate certification is preferred.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
