Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, emphasizing scalable Java backend services and web technologies.
- Develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and service architectures.
- Design and optimize distributed, highly available, scalable, concurrent, and high-performance applications.
- Develop multi-threaded Java applications for mission-critical workloads.
- Design and maintain APIs and messaging solutions using Java Message Service.
- Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services, Amazon RDS, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Rancher, and Tomcat.
- Design and optimize data solutions using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and other enterprise database platforms.
- Integrate open-source frameworks, libraries, and enterprise technologies.
- Use Git, Maven, Jira, and Confluence to build and maintain software.
- Collaborate with software engineers, systems engineers, and government stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable, production-ready mission solutions.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph for the customer.
- Bachelor’s degree and 20+ years of software engineering experience.
- Expert experience developing full-stack applications with a strong emphasis on Java backend services.
- Expert experience with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, service architectures, and Java threading.
- Experience developing distributed, highly available enterprise applications.
- Experience with AWS cloud services, Amazon RDS, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Rancher, and Tomcat.
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elasticsearch, or comparable enterprise database technologies.
- Experience with Java Message Service and enterprise messaging architectures.
- Experience integrating open-source frameworks, libraries, and enterprise technologies.
- Experience using Git, Maven, Jira, and Confluence in software development environments.
- Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with Kibana, Alfresco, or enterprise content management platforms.
- Preferred experience with Node.js, Svelte, React, or Angular.
- Preferred experience designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Preferred experience supporting Intelligence Community mission applications.
