Base Salary
$130k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models.
- Leverage AI insights to identify emerging on-road issue trends and develop monitoring strategies.
- Define and document new policies and Standard Operating Procedures integrating AI tools.
- Design and implement quality control processes for human and AI-generated outputs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Software Quality Operations and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and consultation to enhance workflows and quality.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations.
- Competency in supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle.
- Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new concepts and utilize proprietary tools.
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
