Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of application features from concept through deployment and ongoing improvement.
- Provide technical leadership on EPIC features and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with agreed architecture standards.
- Write, test, and document high-quality code with a focus on test automation and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with architects, Business Analysts, UX designers, Test Engineers, and Technical Support Engineers.
- Research and evaluate third-party and cloud solutions, including buy-versus-build options, to support successful technology integration.
- Mentor Software Engineers and Associate Software Engineers and participate in code reviews, sizing, and sprint retrospectives.
- Develop proofs of concept, prototypes, and recommendations for new tools and technologies.
Requirements
- Proven full-stack development experience with hands-on Azure, .NET, and React experience.
- Strong software development experience with a proven delivery track record in a Scrum/Agile environment.
- Solid experience with test-driven development, unit testing, automation tools, and continuous integration.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Logical, analytical, innovative, self-motivated, and results-focused approach to problem solving.
- Ability to mentor and motivate other engineers and contribute to customer-focused solution delivery.
