Base Salary
$190k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI-powered features for requirements drafting, consistency checking, impact analysis, and intelligent suggestions.
- Build agentic workflows that help users explore designs, simulate changes, and validate requirements.
- Evaluate and integrate language models while optimizing reliability, latency, cost, and debuggability.
- Build data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, prompt and model management, observability, and safety guardrails.
- Deliver complete AI features across backend integrations, APIs, and UI hooks.
- Partner with product and customers to identify valuable workflows, run experiments, and iterate based on usage.
Requirements
- 5+ years developing production software, including designing, testing, and operating services at scale in a cloud environment.
- Hands-on experience with modern LLM providers and tooling such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, vector stores, and RAG patterns.
- Familiarity with prompt design, retrieval-augmented systems, evaluation methods, and safety or guardrail approaches.
- Ability to assess tradeoffs among models, architectures, and deployment patterns.
- Comfort working in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment focused on experimentation and iteration.
