Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend CRM platform features using React, TypeScript, and PHP.
- Design GraphQL schemas and resolvers and maintain Apollo Client/Server integrations.
- Build shared UI components within the Turborepo and pnpm monorepo.
- Design and maintain Java/Kotlin backend microservices and collaborate on service boundaries and API contracts.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Follow established coding standards, CI/CD practices, and deployment workflows.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript, including component design and state management patterns.
- Experience with GraphQL and/or API integration and working knowledge of PHP or the ability to ramp up quickly on an existing PHP codebase.
- Hands-on Kotlin experience or a strong JVM background with Java/Spring and willingness to work in Kotlin.
- Familiarity with Turborepo, Nx, or similar monorepo tooling and package managers such as pnpm.
- Understanding of PostgreSQL or Oracle and efficient query writing.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices using tools such as Vitest, Jest, or Cypress.
- Preferred qualifications include exposure to microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, Spring Boot, and banking or other regulated enterprise environments.
- Ability to use AI tools productively while applying responsible and ethical judgment to data and AI outputs.
