Responsibilities
- Build and operate production full-stack features for AI-driven healthcare communication.
- Integrate with EHRs and legacy healthcare systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, and senior engineers to deliver software based on customer needs.
- Debug and enhance reliability, performance, and scalability of live systems.
- Contribute to technical discussions and code reviews.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in building and shipping production software.
- Strong full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and learn quickly.
- Strong sense of ownership regarding quality and real-world impact.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
