Base Salary
$230k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve subscription and billing infrastructure for healthcare.
- Build systems for complex medication ordering and fulfillment.
- Take ownership of AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and Product teams to shape workflows.
- Design backend architecture for AI-assisted clinical operations.
- Elevate engineering standards through code reviews and technical guidance.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of backend engineering experience with high-stakes systems.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and schema design.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their impact on development workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to work in-person in San Francisco.
