Responsibilities
- Lead the technical relationship for post-sale customers and act as their trusted advisor.
- Own account health, adoption velocity, and ongoing technical deployment success.
- Conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions across the product portfolio.
- Identify and validate use cases by embedding with customer teams.
- Lead account level coordination across multiple workstreams.
- Build strong relationships with executive sponsors and technical stakeholders.
- Translate customer objectives into an actionable adoption roadmap.
- Partner with internal teams to surface customer feedback and technical blockers.
- Guide value realization and measure impact through KPIs and reporting.
- Facilitate workshops on use case design and adoption best practices.
- Identify high leverage opportunities for platform expansion.
- Serve as the technical advisor for existing customer implementations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
- Deep knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
- Comfortable embedding with customers to map workflows and diagnose challenges.
- Excellent project and program management skills.
- Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and technical teams.
- High ownership and ability to manage dynamic customer needs.
- Proven record of driving technical deployments for large enterprise customers.
