Base Salary

$207k - $240k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical relationship for post-sale customers and act as their trusted advisor.
  • Own account health, adoption velocity, and ongoing technical deployment success.
  • Conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions across the product portfolio.
  • Identify and validate use cases by embedding with customer teams.
  • Lead account level coordination across multiple workstreams.
  • Build strong relationships with executive sponsors and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate customer objectives into an actionable adoption roadmap.
  • Partner with internal teams to surface customer feedback and technical blockers.
  • Guide value realization and measure impact through KPIs and reporting.
  • Facilitate workshops on use case design and adoption best practices.
  • Identify high leverage opportunities for platform expansion.
  • Serve as the technical advisor for existing customer implementations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Deep knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Comfortable embedding with customers to map workflows and diagnose challenges.
  • Excellent project and program management skills.
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and technical teams.
  • High ownership and ability to manage dynamic customer needs.
  • Proven record of driving technical deployments for large enterprise customers.
