Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, debug, validate, and deploy AI-enabled applications and tools for enterprise business processes.
  • Translate functional and process requirements into scalable software with user-friendly interfaces, data models, APIs, and front-end/back-end structures.
  • Integrate AI and LLM capabilities and evaluate AI-assisted development tools, frameworks, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Process Excellence teams, subject matter experts, end users, IT, and junior developers on process re-engineering and rapid application delivery.
  • Develop standards for version control, testing, deployment, documentation, governance, security, and data strategy alignment.
  • Lead broader software and AI system redesign efforts after gaining experience in the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and a minimum of three years of experience.
  • Strong experience building full-stack applications, APIs, and AI-enabled enterprise business solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern development frameworks.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML models into applications and deploying and maintaining production applications.
  • Experience with REST APIs, system integration, data models, databases, debugging, testing, code optimization, and application workflows.
  • Knowledge of API security, OAuth, tokens, application security, data governance, risk, compliance, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience with version control, unit testing, integration testing, validation practices, system documentation, and development standards.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools, enterprise application integration, and CI/CD pipelines.
