Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end features from user experience through backend implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams on design, implementation, and key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide solutions for immediate and cross-team problems.
- Manage team performance and contribute to team decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to increase team efficiency.
- Apply cloud-first development practices and new technologies to solve client business problems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development and AWS Architecture.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with MySQL or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of cloud services and deployment strategies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
