Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver AI-powered analytics and visualization solutions, including agentic systems, intelligent dashboards, conversational BI, and natural-language interfaces.
- Design, build, and optimize LLM-driven and agent-based workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Develop scalable enterprise data and analytics architectures spanning SAP, Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, data warehouses, APIs, and other business platforms.
- Build natural-language-to-query and conversational analytics frameworks with guardrails, validation, fallback logic, and production quality controls.
- Design event-driven monitoring and analytics solutions that refresh analyses, detect KPI deviations, generate narratives, trigger alerts, and recommend actions.
- Translate AI model outputs into auditable and explainable visual experiences using techniques such as SHAP, LIME, and attention-based methods.
- Create role-based visualizations and conversational what-if simulations for executive, operational, business, and technical audiences.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design, client engagements, delivery workstreams, proposals, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and coaching.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Advanced SQL expertise, including CTEs, window functions, query optimization, performance tuning, and large-scale analytical processing.
- Deep proficiency in at least one BI platform: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
- Strong Python development experience for data engineering, analytics, automation, visualization, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Solid understanding of data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, integrations, and scalable data platforms.
- Proven experience developing and deploying LLM-based and agentic AI solutions, including prompt engineering, tool orchestration, reasoning workflows, output validation, and production governance.
- Working knowledge of explainable AI, responsible AI, compliance, auditability, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in global cross-functional environments, manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and deliver under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent English communication skills.
- A master's degree, PhD, or certifications such as Microsoft PL-300, PL-900, DP-600, or Claude Certified Architect is preferred.
