Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small firmware development team.
Own and manage the firmware product backlog by structuring requirements, prioritizing work packages, and enabling efficient execution.
Develop reusable firmware platform components in C/C++ with well-defined architectures and interfaces.
Drive architectural decisions within the team's area of responsibility.
Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and realistic development plans.
Contribute hands-on to the design, development, and implementation of firmware solutions.
Organize the team and ensure timely delivery of work in an agile Scrum environment.

Education in computer science, embedded systems, electrical engineering, or a related technical field through HTL, a university of applied sciences, or a university.
Several years of experience developing embedded firmware for microcontrollers, with emphasis on abstraction, clean interfaces, and testable architectures.
Strong programming skills in C, C++, RTOS concepts, and Python.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and drive them to completion.
