Base Salary
$221k - $387k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and productionize AI models, agents, assistants, and reusable skills for Armis and its customers.
- Develop MVPs quickly and partner with engineering to make them reliable and production-ready.
- Create test sets, evaluation metrics, and measurement processes for solution quality, safety, and reliability.
- Compose secure agentic workflows using harnesses, isolation, guardrails, and controls.
- Select and integrate appropriate frameworks, tools, models, APIs, and cloud services.
- Contribute to the AI Center of Excellence Consulting team across the organization.
- Document solutions, including how they should be used, operated, and evaluated.
- Develop reusable AI patterns and best practices for the Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- Be an AI expert in multi-agent solutions.
- Demonstrate experience building and shipping AI agents, assistants, copilots, or skills that were used in production.
- Have hands-on familiarity with modern agent frameworks and developer tooling, including Claude, OpenAI, Google, and the SKILL.md skills standard.
- Demonstrate strong evaluation discipline through test sets, metrics, and measurement of quality, safety, and reliability.
- Be proficient in Python and comfortable integrating APIs, tools, and cloud services.
- Have experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Security experience or experience building AI for security use cases is preferred.
- Experience running externally or board-reported NPS, creating decision-oriented journey maps, and working across product and post-sale organizations is also listed.
