Base Salary
$60k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define Salesforce test strategies, test plans, and QA frameworks.
- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements with business and technical teams.
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications and integrated systems.
- Execute functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, smoke, sanity, and post-deployment testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing.
- Lead Salesforce test automation strategy and framework implementation.
- Manage automated test execution pipelines and integrate tests into CI/CD processes.
- Support release management, deployment validation, metadata and configuration validation, and business workflow verification.
- Support Copado-based DevOps and Salesforce deployment processes.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of Salesforce testing experience across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Strong experience with Copado Robotic Testing and Salesforce test automation.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD processes.
- Hands-on experience with test management, defect tracking, and release validation.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, Apex, integrations, and security models.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, or Health Cloud Consultant are preferred.
- Copado Robotic Testing Certification is preferred.
- Experience with Copado CI/CD, Copado DevOps, Salesforce Release Management, MuleSoft, APIs, healthcare integrations, enterprise cloud platforms, Azure DevOps, JIRA, or enterprise test management tools is preferred.
