Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications.
- Build and enhance React-based user interfaces and cloud-native backend services for Copilot and AI-enabled platforms.
- Contribute to system and component design with emphasis on scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Apply automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding, automated deployments, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous team improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced English proficiency, including the ability to lead meetings, negotiate, and conduct training sessions.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise software solutions.
- Hands-on frontend or backend development experience, including React or another modern JavaScript framework and Node.js and/or Java.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, modern application architectures, and at least one relational or NoSQL database technology.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms, with AWS preferred.
- Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD concepts.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and secure code and collaborate effectively.
- Agile or iterative development experience, containerization exposure, informal mentoring, pair programming, code reviews, or contributions to shared components, services, or internal tools are advantageous.
- Basic exposure to AI-assisted development tools or Copilot-style experiences is advantageous.
