Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in an SRE or Software Engineering role.
- Experience managing production environments at scale.
- Strong belief in the importance of observability for service performance.
- Hands-on experience with shepherding services from design to production.
- Experience with site-wide outages and lessons learned.
- Passion for mentoring engineers and investing in people.
- Background in software with a focus on optimizing quality of service.
