Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a catalog of pre-built applications and API connectors.
- Design and test AI-centric user journeys for faster solution creation.
- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of Library assets.
- Architect and implement demo environments to showcase Tulip's value.
- Build internal tools and playbooks for AI-integrated manufacturing workflows.
- Write technical guides and produce walkthrough videos in collaboration with other teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in solution engineering, content creation, or technical development.
- Hands-on AI proficiency with repeatable workflows and templates.
- Strong technical aptitude with a data-driven mindset and basic programming knowledge.
- Excellent English communication skills for translating technical features.
- Relevant degree in Engineering or Design, or equivalent experience.
- Interest in UX/service design, AI tools, or MCP servers is a plus.
- Genuine curiosity and empathy for manufacturing processes is a plus.
