Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated API and UI tests using Java, Spring, Selenium, Playwright, and automation frameworks.
- Validate web applications, system-to-system interfaces, and complete software solutions through functional and automated testing.
- Prepare test data and environments, execute test plans, report results, and update test scenarios for new requirements.
- Monitor testing activities, collect quality metrics, communicate status and risks, and work with developers to identify defects and regressions.
- Participate in requirements reviews, story elaborations, project reviews, test reviews, and acceptance-criteria planning.
- Perform peak, endurance, stress, and capacity testing as required.
- Provide technical support and mentoring to junior team members and identify process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with Java and Spring and testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
- Experience developing code, conducting code reviews, and building and using automation frameworks.
- Experience creating test strategies, executing tests, and recognizing test environment preparation needs.
- Experience with Agile testing, unit and integration testing, and data virtualization tools.
- Basic understanding of validation techniques and continuous testing.
- Familiarity with UI automation frameworks and techniques for mobile, portal, and web interfaces.
