Responsibilities
- Execute a multimodal content representation strategy across video, image, playable, audio, and text for relevance and moderation.
- Translate regulatory and contractual obligations into measurable objectives for machine learning systems.
- Define evaluation criteria and build labeling infrastructure for scarce, noisy, ambiguous, and contested labels.
- Build shared content embeddings, game-level features, evaluation harnesses, and labeling pipelines.
- Adapt foundation models for production through fine-tuning, distillation, and latency and cost optimization.
- Run and remain accountable for production ML systems and code on a serving path.
Requirements
- Experience with multimodal machine learning combining vision and language, especially video.
- Production ownership of trust and safety, content moderation, brand safety, or policy enforcement systems.
- Experience working with scarce, ambiguous, disputed, or shifting labels and violation definitions.
- Experience adapting foundation models for production, including fine-tuning, distillation, and optimization.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience operating production ML systems with latency, throughput, and cost tradeoffs.
- Experience reviewing and remaining accountable for production code, including AI-assisted code.
- English proficiency sufficient for frequent professional communication with worldwide colleagues and partners.
