Responsibilities
- Design and deliver features that impact trading performance.
- Act as a performance expert in design meetings.
- Identify performance hotspots and implement optimizations.
- Participate in support rota and assist in issue investigations.
- Own and evolve core components of the Liquidity Platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 5+ years of professional application architecture experience.
