Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve backend components focused on performance and high availability.
- Solve complex technical problems in critical, high-volume transaction services.
- Ensure solution quality and robustness through observability, availability, reliability, and performance practices.
- Participate in organizing, defining, and prioritizing the team’s technical roadmap and backlog.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and platform areas to evolve architecture and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Strong backend development skills using Go or Java.
- Experience designing and implementing REST services.
- Experience with cloud architectures and tools in high-load environments, including concurrency, performance, and high availability.
- Solid knowledge of unit, integration, functional, load, and performance testing strategies.
- Regular use of AI tools and assistants in daily engineering workflows to accelerate development, testing, and process automation.
