Responsibilities
- Steer high-leverage projects to accelerate Ads API development.
- Help define a 2+ year technical roadmap for the platform.
- Execute strategies to enhance the developer experience for external partners.
- Mentor and collaborate with technical contributors to foster excellence.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align Ads API with stakeholder needs.

Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Strong experience in developing scalable and reliable backend services.
- Expertise in at least one programming language such as Go, Python, Scala, Java, or C++.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and align diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for driving consensus and influencing decisions.
- A proactive approach with a bias for action and initiative.
