Responsibilities
- Design and build production-ready AI applications and systems using LLMs, cloud AI services, and on-premises pipelines.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models in alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to integrate AI solutions into broader business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex AI system issues while maintaining production quality.
- Mentor junior team members and provide solutions to problems across immediate and broader teams.
- Evaluate emerging AI trends and technologies and recommend improvements and innovations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-functional decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs) is required.
- Experience designing and implementing AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize chatbots and image processing solutions.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
