Responsibilities
- Integrate the monday.com AI Work Platform into customers’ enterprise technology stacks through technical discovery, requirements gathering, data migration, integrations, and custom application development.
- Lead post-sale technical consulting and delivery engagements, including customer communication, scope execution, sequencing, and production implementation.
- Engineer generative and agentic AI solutions using monday.com APIs, MCP, developer tools, and the apps framework.
- Apply technical expertise in AI transformation, system scale, security, user governance, data architecture, and enterprise integrations.
- Create documentation, walkthroughs, and exit artifacts that enable customers to operate, maintain, and extend delivered systems.
- Advocate for customer needs with Product and R&D teams and help extend monday.com product capabilities.
- Build internal utilities, reusable components, reference implementations, and shared tooling for the global Services organization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, software engineer, or technical consultant delivering hands-on technical work for external customers in complex enterprise environments.
- Fluency in generative and agentic AI development, including LLM workflows, agent orchestration, tool use, context and retrieval design, and daily use of AI-assisted editors such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- Knowledge of AI reliability practices including evaluation harnesses, guardrails, human-in-the-loop review, tracing, and production failure modes.
- Strong working knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, MCP, SCIM, SAML 2.0, and OAuth 2.0.
- Software development experience with TypeScript and JavaScript, with depth in React or Node.js; full-stack experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise data mobility and integrations, including SQL, scripts, and n8n or Workato automations.
- Exposure to version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.
- Consultative communication skills for understanding business problems, framing solutions, and explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently across multiple customers, technology stacks, projects, and changing problem domains.
- Some project management experience and the ability to run standalone technical engagements.
- A BA or BS degree is preferred.
