Responsibilities
- Design and develop Curam solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize and configure the Curam framework using Business Process Objects, UIM, UA Workflow, interfaces, batch processing, IEG, Rulesets, Evidence, and Data Mapping.
- Collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, testers, and developers to deliver projects successfully.
- Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Curam products and integration components.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
- Stay current with Curam features and development best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a related college program.
- At least two years of exposure as a Curam Developer with strong knowledge of the Curam framework.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies.
- Experience with Curam Development Environment and Rational Application Developer.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Eligibility for Reliability Clearance Status.
- English proficiency for regular interaction with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
- Curam Technical Certification is preferred.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of social program management and government services is preferred.
