Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap definition for strategic customer transformations.
- Partner with CIOs, senior IT leaders, business owners, and SAP partners on RISE-led transformations.
- Lead process transformation discussions using Signavio and guide adoption of SAP’s agent-led toolchain.
- Drive value realization, capability consumption, and alignment around KPIs, value drivers, and success plans.
- Develop SAP Business AI strategies, AI use-case roadmaps, and adoption plans across S/4HANA and BTP.
- Identify and mitigate architectural and adoption risks during customer engagements.
- Document successful architectural patterns and contribute to SAP’s knowledge base, standards, best practices, and decision frameworks.
- Mentor peers and participate in community-of-practice and organizational knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience and leadership in enterprise architecture or customer-facing transformation roles.
- Proven record of positioning and realizing business strategies enabled by technology.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in business transformation and knowledge of multi-agentic AI architecture.
- Knowledge of the SAP Enterprise Architecture framework or similar frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Knowledge of RISE with SAP and Clean Core principles.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and complex hybrid landscapes.
- Ability to connect technical and business value, semantics, and organizational goals.
- Experience influencing SAP partners toward SAP strategy and AI capability adoption.
- Strong executive communication, influencing, advisory, consulting, and business-acumen skills.
- Demonstrated collaboration, documentation, peer mentoring, and knowledge-sharing capabilities.
