Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture strategies and roadmap definitions aligned with SAP’s autonomous enterprise vision.
- Partner with CIOs, senior IT leaders, business leaders, and SAP partners during RISE-led customer transformations.
- Lead process transformation discussions using Signavio and drive value realization through solution adoption and capability consumption.
- Drive customer adoption of SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, BDC, S/4HANA AI capabilities, and related innovation capabilities.
- Build AI use-case roadmaps aligned with business outcomes and influence decisions on AI licensing and consumption.
- Align stakeholders around KPIs, value drivers, and success plans while identifying and mitigating architectural and adoption risks.
- Document architectural patterns and lessons learned, contribute to SAP architecture standards and communities of practice, and mentor peers.
Requirements
- Extensive experience and leadership in enterprise architecture or customer-facing transformation roles.
- Proven ability to position and realize business strategy through technology and connect technical value to business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of AI-enabled transformation, multi-agentic AI architecture, and enterprise-grade AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of the SAP enterprise architecture framework or similar frameworks such as TOGAF, along with RISE with SAP and Clean Core principles.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and complex hybrid landscapes.
- Strong executive communication, influencing, advisory, consulting, and business-acumen skills.
- Ability to work with business owners to identify strategy drivers, map value drivers, and support outcome realization.
- Ability to influence SAP partners toward SAP strategy and adoption of Clean Core and SAP AI capabilities.
- Demonstrated collaboration, documentation discipline, peer mentoring, and knowledge-sharing skills.
