Responsibilities
- Engage with public sector customers to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to shape account strategies for GitLab adoption.
- Own the technical evaluation process, including POC and POV design and delivery.
- Lead the creation of Customer Success Plans to ensure smooth deployment.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to foster advocacy for GitLab.
- Serve as a customer advocate by channeling feedback to internal teams.
- Maintain expertise in GitLab and related technologies to create reusable assets.
- Run Value Stream Assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Reside in the Washington, D.C. area and travel for customer engagements.
- Background in technical pre-sales or consulting, ideally with public sector experience.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab and modern software development practices.
- Experience with cloud computing in regulated environments.
- Ability to connect technical solutions to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Openness to learning and building new skills.
