Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features using modern JavaScript and cloud-native technologies.
- Lead technical design for key initiatives, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Build reusable and performant UI components for a no-code builder experience.
- Own services throughout their lifecycle, including implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Architecture to define features and ensure user-friendly solutions.
- Partner with infrastructure and platform teams to optimize system performance.
- Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to cross-functional planning and architectural reviews.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building modern web applications in a full-stack environment.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, ReactJS, and Node.js.
- Experience designing APIs and working with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Strong product mindset with a focus on delivering intuitive user experiences.
- Ability to collaborate closely with Architects for technical tradeoffs.
- Passion for craftsmanship and high engineering standards.
- Excellent communication skills for leading technical discussions.
- Growth mindset with an interest in mentoring others.
