Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute customer engagement strategies across an assigned territory.
- Partner with Account Executives to plan and implement product-line adoption strategies across accounts.
- Serve as a trusted Solutions Architect and technical champion for Genie, influencing technical executives and driving product adoption.
- Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and customer-facing technical collateral.
- Guide customers through AI governance, security blockers, and adoption concerns across tools and models.
- Architect governed analytics solutions integrating semantic models, data warehouses, and metric layers within Lakehouse and AI ecosystems.
- Act as the tier-three escalation point for complex technical challenges in mission-critical customer environments.
- Translate field-derived, data-driven insights into product roadmap recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Global System Integrators and third-party consulting organizations to drive customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives and driving data strategy or product adoption.
- Experience with analytics, business intelligence, natural-language analytics, or agentic AI products and the market insight to shape product roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of AI governance across different tools and models, including the ability to address customer security concerns.
- Experience co-planning large territories with Account Executives and coordinating across go-to-market and research and development teams.
- Experience architecting governed analytics solutions involving semantic models, data warehouses, metric layers, Lakehouse platforms, and AI ecosystems.
- Experience collaborating with Global System Integrators and third-party consulting organizations.
- Proficiency in programming, debugging, and problem-solving with SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience building solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Broad experience in at least two of data engineering, data warehousing, business intelligence, AI, machine learning, governance, semantic modeling, natural-language analytics, and streaming.
- Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
