Responsibilities
- Respond to production incidents and conduct thorough technical investigations.
- Produce post-mortems and communicate clearly and structurally with customers.
- Answer customer questions and provide actionable recommendations to improve infrastructure quality, reliability, security, and performance.
- Design and technically break down features according to project quality, cost, and delivery constraints.
- Create infrastructure from scratch and support cloud and Kubernetes migrations.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting tools.
- Apply DevOps best practices and participate in Scrum rituals on project teams.
- Manage and improve client infrastructure platforms, with possible voluntary on-call participation.
Requirements
- Solid training at an engineering school.
- Initial experience with cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, or GCP.
- Rigor, stress management, and the ability to intervene effectively in production environments.
- Motivation to progress quickly and work collaboratively.
