Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and assigning tasks to junior System Analysts.
- Participate in understanding business requirements and analyzing system impact.
- Lead solution design and communicate functional specifications to developers.
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members during the design process.
- Ensure compliance with technology standards and completeness of technical requirements.
- Validate test results and facilitate issue resolution during testing.
- Interact with operations and IT security to configure necessary infrastructure.
- Coach team members and transfer knowledge effectively.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, making recommendations for improvements.
- Analyze technology trends to assess their impact on business goals.
Requirements
- University degree in business or IT-related field with a strong academic record.
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Business Integration or as a Business Analyst.
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing position.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry is essential.
- Familiarity with scrum environments and requirements management.
- Knowledge of various development methodologies such as RUP, Kanban, SCRUM, and Waterfall.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
