Responsibilities
- Build and maintain user-facing solutions using Smartsheet, custom web applications, Salesforce, and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Translate user stories, wireframes, and design specifications into reusable and maintainable interfaces and application components.
- Integrate applications with APIs, databases, enterprise data sources, and approved internal or external services.
- Support data integrations involving APIs, transformations, queries, and application data flows.
- Create prototypes and proofs of concept and help convert approved concepts into production-ready solutions.
- Use source control, code reviews, CI/CD practices, and established development and deployment standards.
- Write secure, documented, reusable, and maintainable code and configuration.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application and data-integration issues, resolve defects, and participate in production support.
- Create and maintain requirements, configuration, integration, operational, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, developers, data engineers, analysts, and other technology teams.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and estimation and contribute reusable components and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Approximately 2 to 4 years of relevant software development, application development, data, or technology experience.
- Professional experience developing or supporting software, data, or technology solutions.
- Experience with at least one enterprise application or low-code platform such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience translating business requirements, user stories, or designs into functional application experiences.
- Experience integrating applications with APIs, databases, enterprise data sources, or other technology platforms.
- Working knowledge of data structures, transformations, data quality, authentication, authorization, and access controls.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Ability to create clear technical and functional documentation and collaborate across global, virtual, and cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience with Python-based web frameworks, JavaScript, TypeScript, Microsoft Power Platform, Databricks, relational databases, AWS, GitLab, automated testing, monitoring, logging, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and AI-enabled application integrations.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, cloud technologies, software development, data, DevOps, cybersecurity, Agile, or enterprise platforms are preferred; SAFe for Teams or equivalent and Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
- Experience in regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other enterprise environments and familiarity with relevant business operations are preferred.
