Responsibilities
- Build and evolve IKEA’s material management solution.
- Develop web applications, APIs, and cloud services using Next.js, .NET, and Azure.
- Contribute across the product lifecycle from discovery and design through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with in-house and offshore teams and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
- Contribute ideas that improve products and ways of working.
Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of work experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Have 3–5 years of work experience with C# and the .NET framework.
- Have good knowledge of Azure.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills including active listening, coaching, and facilitation.
- Communicate clearly, structurally, and honestly with in-house and offshore teams.
- Reflect IKEA’s core values and cultural principles.
- Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Jest, or Playwright is a plus.
