Base Salary
$99k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships by presenting, demonstrating, and supporting the sale of Esri software and solutions
- Lead technical meetings with enterprise decision makers and support account-team revenue goals
- Serve as a technical leader for Esri technology and an AEC and environmental consulting subject matter expert
- Understand customer business structures, workflows, third-party systems, and integration points
- Craft and propose complex GIS solutions aligned with strategic customer business needs
- Provide configuration guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting support
- Design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences and present at conferences and executive engagements
- Share knowledge and coach new team members on best practices
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Esri technology, including map creation, spatial analysis, and web application configuration
- At least 3 years of experience in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries
- Broad ArcGIS knowledge covering hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing
- Experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design
- Understanding of sales and business development processes
- Ability to troubleshoot Esri application deployment and system architecture issues
- Experience with geodatabases and DBMS technology
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and Microsoft Azure or AWS environments
- Experience integrating software with data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms
- Programming and scripting experience with Python and JavaScript
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field
- Preferred: real-time data stream integration, mobile and IoT digitalization strategies, advanced analytics and data science, imagery, Autodesk software, 3D geospatial problem-solving, and AEC or commercial business strategy knowledge
- A master’s degree in geography, computer science, or a related field is preferred
