Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and enhance OpenLink solutions to meet client business and operational requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and platform improvements.
- Troubleshoot application issues, resolve software defects, and provide ongoing user support throughout delivery lifecycles.
- Produce high-quality client deliverables including process documentation, solution designs, presentations, and implementation plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, OpenLink Developer, or techno-functional consultant.
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and extending OpenLink platforms in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Experience supporting testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities across enterprise technology projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, Economics, Business, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
