Responsibilities
- Build core capabilities of the R&D Efficiency Platform to enhance engineering efficiency.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for standardization and automation.
- Drive AI-Native evolution in CI/CD processes with intelligent tools.
- Establish DevSecOps capabilities to ensure supply-chain security.
- Implement standardized Change Management practices for risk assessment and approvals.
- Utilize cloud services and microservice governance for platform stability.
Requirements
- Solid computer science fundamentals including OS, networking, and distributed systems.
- Proficient in DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and microservices.
- Familiar with DevSecOps concepts and security toolchains.
- Knowledge of AI/LLM applications in engineering efficiency.
- Familiar with the Java stack and multi-language technologies.
- Strong product sense and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English for cross-regional collaboration.
