Responsibilities
- Build core capabilities of the R&D Efficiency Platform and onboard business systems to improve engineering efficiency and delivery quality.
- Design and optimize GitLab, Pipeline, and Argo CD delivery workflows through standardization, automation, and observability.
- Drive AI-native CI/CD enhancements including intelligent code review, pipeline self-healing, smart test orchestration, and change-risk prediction using AI agents and LLMs.
- Build DevSecOps capabilities with shift-left security, static and dynamic analysis, dependency and image/secret scanning, and security gates for supply-chain security.
- Establish standardized change management covering requests, risk assessment, approvals, canary releases, rollback, and traceability.
- Apply Kubernetes, Nacos, Apollo, Kong, Aliyun, and AWS services to support platform stability and scalability.
Requirements
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including operating systems, networking, distributed systems, and data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency with DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and microservice stacks.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts, security toolchains, supply-chain security, and compliance.
- Knowledge of AI and LLM applications in engineering-efficiency and CI/CD scenarios.
- Familiarity with the Java stack and broad awareness of multi-language and business-side technologies.
- Strong product sense, ownership, and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent English communication for cross-regional collaboration.
