Base Salary
$144k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets and help develop regional win strategies.
- Present Netskope’s cloud security architecture and solutions to prospective customers, partners, security leaders, CISOs, CIOs, and other executive audiences.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, conference and seminar sessions, and trade show support.
- Gather customer technical requirements and establish Netskope’s products as the best solution for customer needs and business value.
- Develop evaluation test plans, manage customer and partner evaluations, and lead proofs of concept to successful completion.
- Support regional customer success, resolve satisfaction issues, and escalate matters cross-functionally when necessary.
- Provide competitive insight and differentiate Netskope’s solutions from competing products.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs and provide customer feedback to Product Management on feature requests and product enhancements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Solutions or Systems Engineer with a demonstrated record of presenting technical information to business executives or architects.
- Strong communication, presentation, public speaking, customer empathy, and revenue-oriented skills.
- Experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies including MDM/MAM, Android, and iOS.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with web proxy, NGFW, security gateway, remote access, site-to-site VPN, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security, and regular expressions.
- Experience with cloud identity providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SD-WAN deployments, and integrations.
- Experience with Active Directory Services and ADFS; Azure AD knowledge is desired.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP public cloud environments and cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is required; computer science or a related discipline is preferred.
- Python scripting experience, prior cloud security vendor experience, relevant security certifications, Agile Scrum or project management certifications, and advanced network technology certifications are desirable.
