Base Salary
$150k - $273k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of the frontend using React and TypeScript.
- Establish and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems.
- Partner with product and design leaders to create high-performing user interfaces.
- Drive frontend performance optimization and accessibility across browsers.
- Collaborate with backend teams to define efficient APIs and data flows.
- Lead technical reviews and mentor other engineers.
- Contribute to long-term product strategy and technical roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Deep frontend expertise using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and HTML/CSS.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex UI architectures.
- Strong understanding of design systems and scalable component frameworks.
- Demonstrated aesthetic and product taste in building intuitive user interfaces.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading code reviews.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: experience in cybersecurity or AI/ML-driven interfaces.
