Responsibilities
- Conduct structured discovery workshops with client stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into technical workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Configure, test, and deploy solutions and support customer go-live and adoption.
- Build and customize workflow automations using APIs, scripts, or low-code platforms.
- Diagnose integration issues, resolve technical blockers, and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Act as the technical expert during onboarding and ongoing customer success efforts.
- Share deployment insights with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience shipping production integrations.
- 4–8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role involving personally written and owned code.
- Strong coding ability in Python, Java, Go, or a similar language.
- Deep familiarity with SaaS systems, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and authentication patterns including OAuth, API keys, and SSO basics.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms, CI/CD, and basic observability or monitoring tools.
- Comfort with SQL and at least one BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Superset.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and drive solutions to completion.
- Excellent communication skills for discovery workshops, technical explanations, and documentation.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, RAG pipelines, prompt and evaluation design, AI observability, or guardrails.
- Prior experience embedded on-site with enterprise clients is preferred.
- Consulting or early-stage startup experience is a nice-to-have; an MBA is preferred.
