Base Salary

$180k - $226k/yr

Responsibilities

Write, test, review, and maintain high-quality software code.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate requirements into products and lead execution end to end.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on architectural and coding tradeoffs.
Drive strategic technical initiatives across engineering pods that affect the broader engineering organization.
Design, build, and operate large-scale, highly available cloud production systems.
Manage projects from requirements gathering and design through debugging, testing, release management, and operational monitoring.
Build new systems and services from the ground up.
Mentor junior engineers.

6+ years of software engineering experience.
Excellent coding skills, deep understanding of cloud architectures and algorithms, and strong debugging capabilities.
Experience managing projects comprehensively from requirements and design through release and operational monitoring.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale, highly available cloud production systems.
Ability to build systems from the ground up in a 0-to-1 environment.
Interest in modern software development and Web3 best practices.
Experience mentoring junior engineers.
Preferred: prior Technical Lead experience, time-series monitoring or observability experience, TypeScript experience, AWS experience, and a computer science degree.

Minimum full-time base salary of $180,000-$226,000, with eligibility for additional compensation elements including tokens.
