Base Salary
$165k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship customer-facing features across the React/TypeScript web app, iOS app, and backend services.
- Own features end to end, including problem definition, solution shaping, implementation, rollout, and iteration.
- Identify friction for clinics and patients and advocate for product improvements.
- Find and define valuable problems without waiting for fully scoped tickets.
- Mentor engineers and improve how the team designs, reviews, and ships software.
- Influence product direction and technical approach across the Practice Engineering product.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer building customer-facing products.
- Strong modern frontend skills with React and TypeScript plus backend depth in API design, data modeling, and production databases.
- Experience building and shipping features on iOS alongside web.
- Track record of owning customer-facing features from problem definition through design, launch, and iteration.
- Experience partnering with product and design as a peer and contributing product ideas.
- High-ownership, self-directed working style suited to a small remote team with little process.
- Clear written communication for a distributed team.
- Hands-on experience building with AI or agentic systems is a preferred qualification.
