Base Salary
$130k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy agentic assistants and GenAI applications using Agent Builder, Workspace Studio, and Model Garden.
- Implement RAG pipelines, grounding, Agent2Agent integrations, and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Evaluate, select, prompt-engineer, and fine-tune foundation models based on client requirements, cost, performance, safety, and compliance.
- Build evaluation harnesses, regression test sets, API integrations, and tool-calling integrations for enterprise client systems.
- Provide technical estimates, identify delivery risks, conduct code and configuration reviews, and serve as the build-quality gate for production releases.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and AgentOps on data access, deployment, monitoring, infrastructure, and environment management.
- Convert client-specific solutions into reusable playbooks, connectors, and technical assets.
Requirements
- Hands-on production experience building and deploying GenAI or agentic AI solutions, including LLM assistants, RAG pipelines, or multi-agent orchestration.
- Direct experience with Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform or Vertex AI is strongly preferred; experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic APIs may be considered.
- Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, grounding techniques, and preferably Gemini models or the Gemini API.
- Familiarity with the Agent2Agent protocol and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Working knowledge of cloud data, compute, and access-control services such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Cloud Run, GKE, and IAM.
- Python and/or relevant SDK experience sufficient to build production-quality integrations.
- Experience building LLM or agent evaluation harnesses and regression test suites for accuracy, groundedness, and hallucination rates.
- Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect certification is preferred.
- Ability to translate scoped technical requirements into working solutions, exercise technical judgment, communicate trade-offs, and collaborate across engineering and delivery teams.
