Responsibilities
- Develop backend services and contribute to Listings and Filters features in iOS and Android applications.
- Support the migration of backend services to Kotlin and the JVM ecosystem.
- Use Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Spring GraphQL to provide data and build backend application UI support.
- Accelerate experimentation and deployment in mobile apps.
- Learn and contribute to native mobile technologies such as iOS/UIKit/SwiftUI or Android/Jetpack Compose.
- Take end-to-end ownership of functionalities delivered to mobile apps.
- Adapt to evolving team structures, technologies, and AI-native capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of commercial software engineering experience with a strong backend foundation.
- Strong backend development skills and readiness to work with Kotlin and the JVM ecosystem.
- Passion for mobile applications and commitment to learn native iOS or Android development.
- Proactive problem-solving approach, flexibility, openness, and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in Polish at least at B2 level.
- Commercial experience with iOS or Android technologies is preferred.
- Interest in AI-native capabilities and modernization of high-traffic services is preferred.
