Base Salary
$89k - $134k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans for simple to complex software implementations.
- Test software releases, fixes, and versions while delivering timely, high-quality results.
- Track defects, triage issues, and requalify hotfixes.
- Create, maintain, implement, and monitor test scripts assessing functionality, reliability, performance, and quality.
- Maintain test case documentation and recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with development and business teams to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- At least 4 years of work experience in a Quality Assurance or Business Analyst role.
- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance best practices and standards.
- Experience translating complex business requirements into functional testing plans and implementing those plans.
- Experience creating or maintaining automation scripts is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
